Funeral Director/Owner & Non-licensed owner
Jarod was born and raised in the area and graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1998. He has been licensed for almost 30 years as a director and also is licensed insurance agent to assist families with pre-arrangements and pre-funding solutions with Homesteaders Life Insurance. Jarod is also a licensed funeral director in Illinois.
Tania is currently a Kindergarden teacher in the Brodhead School District.
Funeral Director
Brock graduated from MATC Milwaukee mortuary science program and has passed his national board, exams and plans on being fully licensed after his one year apprenticeship for the State of WI. Brock formerly attended Blackhawk Tech in Janesville to finish up his required general curriculum before attending mortuary science school. He also attended Winona State in Minnesota as a computer science major before changing fields to pursue a career in the funeral service.Brock enjoys spending time with his family and his fiance Kylie, but especially loving up and spending time with his dog, Louie and Turkey. Louie is a 4 year mixed terrior dog he adopted from a kill shelter in Alabama and Turkey is an end of life adoption from Northern WI.
Manager & Funeral Director
Tad was raised in Brodhead and he and his wife McKenna currently reside in Afton, WI. His great grandfather was Dwight Newcomer, and he is a great nephew of Daniel Newcomer. His grandfather Tom Newcomer was a funeral director and owner of his own establishment in Orfordville for around 60 years. Tad is a 4th generation funeral director and is excited to be back home. Tad knew since a young age that it was his dream to be a funeral director and be able to help families in a time of need. Tad went to UW-Stout to get his general study credits. He then started his career by serving his apprenticeship in Menomonie with Rhiel Funeral Homes. After completing his apprenticeship, Tad attended Worsham College of Mortuary Science, where he graduated from in 2019. After college Tad worked for Gunderson Funeral Homes in Madison for over 4 years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife. If Tad is not at work, you can bet that he is somewhere outside embracing all that nature has to offer.

Millie joined
Brian Mark Funeral Home in July 2024. A graduate of Big Foot High School in
Walworth, WI, Millie is currently pursuing her degree in Mortuary Science at
Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), where she has obtained her Funeral
Director Apprentice License.
Dedicated to her profession, Millie strives for excellence in her work. Outside of her professional pursuits, she values time with her friends and family, including her husband and two daughters. She loves reading, drawing, and collecting crystals on the side. Millie's future goals include obtaining her Funeral Director's License and eventually obtaining her own business.
Funeral Director
Kate was raised in South Beloit and still resides there with her partner, son, and three dog children; Dexter, Jake, and Drake. Kate knew from a young age she wanted to be a funeral director, and help families in their time of need. Kate obtained her general education at Blackhawk Technical College, began and completed her apprenticeship with Apfel-Wolfe Funeral home in Janesville. She attended Milwaukee Area Technical College and earned a degree in Mortuary Science. You can find Kate at either Brian Mark Funeral Home, or Rosman Funeral Home in Beloit. When not at the Funeral Home, Kate loves fishing, hunting, riding her motorcycle, her pups, and time with her family. She looks forward to serving this community.
Retired Funeral Director
Brian graduated from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University with a BS in Marketing & Finance. He has been working in the funeral industry since 1999, when he graduated with honors from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Wheeling, IL. Brian lived in Appleton, WI for eight years, managing a large multi-location funeral home. In March of 2008, he acquired the Schoenfeld Funeral Homes in Beloit & Clinton, WI. Brian has a dual-state license that allows him to practice Funeral Directing in both Wisconsin & Illinois. He is a licensed agent for Preneed Funeral and Burial Agreements, allowing him to assist families with all aspects of pre-planning. Brian has dedicated his professional life to the planning and orchestration of meaningful, healing and dignified final tributes.
Brian is an active member of the Beloit & Clinton communities. He is committed to local civic and fraternal organizations that promote unity, inclusion and fellowship. He has served on the Beloit Memorial Hospital Foundation Board since 2013. Brian is a member of the Beloit Lions, the Elks Club, the Knights of Columbus, the Moose Lodge #191 and Our Lady of Assumption Parish. He belongs to the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation, the Beloit & Clinton Chamber of Commerce, the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
Funeral Assistant
Cathy lives in rural Albany, with my husband Tim Cole. I have two grown children and 4 grandchildren. I love the outdoors and nature and spend a lot of time gardening. I also enjoy doing crafts and going for long walks. Cathy assists our families as a hairdresser and also works funerals and visitations at our Beloit and Brodhead locations.

Julie was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago and currently resides in Walworth WI. A 2004 graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science, she began her funeral career at Pape Mortuary in Danville, IL.
She joined Saunders & McFarlin Funeral Home in October of 2013, having the privilege of serving the Harvard community for years. In 2021, Julie transitioned to Beloit, WI, continuing to provide compassionate support to grieving families. For the past four years, she's been dedicated to creating personalized and meaningful memorial experiences for the Beloit area community.
Currently, Julie serves families through the Brian Mark/ Rosman Funeral Home, where she brings a caring, professional touch to every aspect of funeral planning and service. Julie works tirelessly to help families navigate the funeral process with ease, offering comfort during difficult times while honoring the unique lives of those she serves.
Julie is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.
She is an active member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Fontana, WI, and a member of the Illinois, Wisconsin, and National Funeral Directors Associations.
Julie has a daughter, Nicolette, and two yorkies, Petey and Tyke. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on cruises, swimming, painting, reading, or being out in nature.
